How do I start a return or exchange?
You can start your return or exchange through our Return Portal. We accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your store credit or exchange right away.

We offer store credit for eligible returns within 5 days. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your store credit or process your exchange.
Sale items, pre-orders, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry about that! Please email support@localeuropean.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition. To start a return, email support@localeuropean.com with your order number and the reason for return.
