How long will my order take to arrive?
Typical processing time is 1 to 2 business days, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops.

International: 5-10 days

What if my order is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived, check your tracking link first.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact support@localeuropean.com immediately with your correct address. Once an order is fulfilled, we’re unable to make address changes.

Can I change the size of my item after ordering?
If your order hasn’t left our facility, we can update your size request. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and preferred size.
My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking updates may be delayed due to courier processing. If there’s no update after 48 hours, please reply to your order email or contact us — we’ll reach out to the carrier for an update.
My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.
